OUR BEGINNINGS WERE HUMBLE
I started Ivan’s Landscape & Construction LLC began as Ivan’s Landscape in March of 2016 to support myself through community college and then at the University of Washington Bothell. I had grown up in the landscape and construction industry all my life, but the landscape industry had a lower cost of entry barrier.
I worked and saved money to invest and buy equipment. I now own up-to-date equipment, excavators, skid steers, dump trucks, mowers, etc. This equipment helps accomplish a high-end quality product while being efficient. My goal has always been to provide a high level of quality work while being efficient, cost-effective, and communicative from start to finish.
Having good communication with my customers from beginning to end differentiates us from other companies in the industry. We strive to build a relationship with the customers, whether a fifty-dollar service or an eighty-thousand-dollar project. We understand that plans and visions change as we start to work. We are willing to work with customers’ inputs through the projects to incorporate new changes desired.
